Cabral’s Ranch bone broth uses USDA certified beef bones from our locally raised grass fed and finished cattle in Haʻikū. The bones are first parboiled to remove scum. The bones are then rinsed and roasted with locally grown vegetables and herbs to release flavors. The bones and vegetables are pressure cooked after that with Moloka’i pa’akai and fresh water to release all the nutrients and collagen. The broth is cooled and fat is skimmed and then boiled down one more time to remove any additional impurities. Packaged with care and aloha and then immediately frozen to seal in the freshness.
